??? 廣州市獵德污水處理廠是廣州市第2座大型城市污水處理廠,位于天河區獵德村以東、華南大橋珠江北岸,占地面積39萬平方米,主要負責收集處理珠江前航道以北的大部分市中心區,包括西濠涌、沿江自排系統、東濠涌、二沙島及天河區的部分污水,服務面積228平方公里,服務人口約296萬人。該廠分三期建設,一期工程于1991年立項,1999年正式投產,設計日污水處理能力22萬噸,采用AB兩段吸附降解生物處理工藝;二期工程于2002年4月動工,2003年10月通水運行,設計日污水處理能力22萬噸,采用組合交替活性污泥法處理工藝;三期工程于2004年動工,2006年11月通水運行,設計日污水處理能力20萬噸,采用改良A2/O工藝(缺氧/厭氧/好氧)。三期工程全部建成后,日處理能力達64萬噸。
該廠運行以來,著力建立科學的管理體系,構建起“ISO9001質量管理體系、ISO14001環境管理體系、OHSAS18001職業健康安全管理體系”三位一體科學管理體系,確保各項出水指標均優于國家一級B標準。同時,注重科技創新,自主研發設備管理軟件和泵站遠程通訊系統,并進行一系列技術改造,其中加蓋除臭技術應用走在全國污水處理廠前列。

■Liede Wastewater Treatment Plant
Situated east of Liede village of Tianhe District and at the north bank of the Pearl River close to the South China Bridge, Guangzhou Liede Plant is the city's second large-scale wastewater treatment plant. Occupying an area of 390,000 square meters, it collects and treats the wastewater discharged mainly from the central city area of the North Waterway of the Pearl River, including the wastewater from Xihao Stream, the self-discharge system of the Pearl River, Donghao Stream, Ersha Island and some parts of Tianhe District, serving an area of 228 square kilometers and a population of 2.96 million.
The plant is constructed in three phases. The first stage, approved to start in 1991, was put into operation in 1999 with a designed treatment capacity of 220,000 tons of wastewater per day and supported by a biological treatment technology of two-section (AB) adsorption and degradation. The second phase was started in April 2002 and put into operation in October 2003 with a daily treatment capability of 220,000 tons. The technology adopted is composite alternating activated sludge processing. The third stage, started in 2004, was put into operation in November 2006 with daily handling capability of 200,000 tons, and backed up by the modified A2/O (anoxia/anaerobic/benign oxygen) technology. Upon completion of the three phases, the total treatment capability will reach 640,000 tons a day.?
Since operation, a scientific management system has been constructed by incorporating the three management systems of ISO9001 in quality, ISO14001 in environment and OHSAS18001 in occupational health safety to ensure that the water standards exceed the B criteria of the national A-level. The factory also leads the country in terms of technical innovations and renovations, R&D of the equipment management software and the long-distance communication system between pumping stations, particularly the sealed deodorization technology.
