興豐生活垃圾衛(wèi)生填埋場于2000年11月動工興建，2002年8月正式投入使用，總投資6.83億元。該項目被列入國家環(huán)境保護(hù)“十五”重點工程項目。截至2007年底，該場累計填埋生活垃圾1107.4萬噸，現(xiàn)日平均處理生活垃圾6650噸，是目前廣州市生活垃圾處理的主要設(shè)施。該場的建設(shè)和管理在國內(nèi)同行業(yè)創(chuàng)下了三個第一：第一個借鑒國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范設(shè)計、建設(shè)的特大型生活垃圾填埋場；第一個以商業(yè)模式通過國際招標(biāo)的形式由境外公司承包設(shè)計、營運(yùn)，由國內(nèi)公司招標(biāo)建設(shè)的生活垃圾填埋場；第一個采用雙襯層防滲系統(tǒng)和采用反滲透工藝處理滲濾液等高新技術(shù)建設(shè)的生活垃圾填埋場，實現(xiàn)污水零排放。該場建設(shè)和管理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，目前已成為中國生活垃圾填埋場的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，成為國內(nèi)生活垃圾衛(wèi)生填埋場的示范項目，被譽(yù)為“興豐效應(yīng)”。該場先后獲得國家、省、市18項榮譽(yù)，其中包括建設(shè)部科技示范工程、中國市政工程金杯獎、國家優(yōu)質(zhì)工程金獎、全國無害化填埋場評比第一名并授予一級填埋場等，目前正在申報世界大都市獎。此外，該場利用填埋氣減排的CDM國際合作項目是國內(nèi)同行業(yè)最大的溫室氣體減排項目。

■Xingfeng Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Site

　　The construction of Xingfeng Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Site,was started in November 2000 with a total investment of RMB683 million and it, was put into use in August 2002. The project was listed as one of the key environmental protection projects in the nation's Tenth Five-Year Plan. By the end of 2007, a total of 11.074 million tons of municipal sold waste had been handled in this site with an average daily capacity of 6,650 tons, making it one of the key landfill sites in Guangzhou.

　　Xingfeng has scored three number ones in China: the first extra-large landfill site planned, designed and built in accordance with international standards; the first such project designed and operated by foreign companies while, built by a domestic company, all through public bidding; the first to adopt such high techs as anti-seeping system through double-underlayers and anti-seeping techniques to handle the seeping liquid, resulting in zero discharge of contaminated water.

　　The construction and management standards of this site have now become the national criteria and Xinfeng plant the role model project for all such plants in the country, known as the "Xinfeng Effect". It has been accredited with 18 awards from the national, provincial and municipal governments, including a technological demonstrative project by the Ministry of Construction, a golden trophy of urban engineering project in China, a national golden award for excellent project, a national No. 1 innocuity landfill site, etc. and is applying for the World Metropolitan Award. This site is also conducting the CDM international co-operation project, the biggest one of its kind in China, to reduce green gas emission by utilizing burial gas.
